According to the Board resolution dated December 27, 2019, the Board of Directors of An Phu Irradiation Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

Article 1: Approving the result of the public offering:

-       Number of shares registered to issue: 11,804,030 shares

-       Number of shares distributed: 8,100,995 shares

-       Number of unsold shares and fractional shares: 3,703,035 shares

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved the number of unsold shares and fractional shares of 3,703,035 shares will not be offered. Therefore, the company’s charter capital after issuing is VND 201,213,950,000, equivalent to 20,121,395 shares.
