On December 02 2019, Hung Vuong Corporation announces the selling of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 5,000,000 shares

- Number of shares registered to sell: 5,000,000 shares

- Purpose: to supplement its business capital

- Expected trading period: from December 11, 2019 to January 09, 2020

- Trading method: order matching or put through.
