Board Resolution No.21 dated December 25, 2019:

The Board of Directors approved the policy on borrowing and using assets as collateral at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Nam Binh Duong Branch in order to raise funds for business activities of Construction Investment Corporation 3-2. The total credit limit for Construction Investment Corporation 3-2 is VND500,000,000,000.

Board Resolution No.22 dated December 25, 2019:

The Board of Directors approved the policy on borrowing and using assets as collateral at Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Binh Duong Branch in order to raise funds for business activities of Construction Investment Corporation 3-2. The total credit limit for Construction Investment Corporation 3-2 is VND158,224,000,000.

Board Resolution No.23 dated December 25, 2019:

The Board of Directors approved the policy on borrowing and using assets as collateral at Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Binh Duong Branch in order to raise funds for business activities of Construction Investment Corporation 3-2. The total credit limit for Construction Investment Corporation 3-2 is VND400,000,000,000.
