Traphaco Joint Stock Company would like to change the record date for the first dividend payment for 2019 from January 02, 2020 to January 07, 2020. The payment date is remained to be January 17, 2020 according to new Board resolution as below.

“According to the Board resolution dated December 23, 2019, the Board of Directors of Traphaco Joint Stock Company approved the first dividend payment for 2019 as follows:

-       Interim dividend payment ratio: 20% charter capital (VND2,000/share)

-       Total payment value: VND82,901,080,000.

-       Payment method: in cash

-       Record date: January 07, 2020

-       Payment date: January 17, 2020.”
