Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company (VSH) announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2019 dated December 23, 2019 as follows:

           The General Meeting allowed Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation (REE) to purchase VSH to increase the ownership ratio at VSH from 21.01%, equivalent to 43,329,650 shares, to 50.08%, equivalent to 103,285,000 shares, without public tender offer.
