The Board resolution dated December 20, 2019, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation (SGT) approved to contribute capital for establishing Sai Gon Urban Development and Investment JSC (SGU) with the stake value of VND120,000,000,000, accounting for 60% charter capital of SGU.

After the capital contribution completes, SGU becomes a subsidiary of SGT.
