Pursuant to Regulations on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision No.634/QĐ-SGDHN dated 24/09/2019 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the temporary suspension of CTA stock as follows:
- Issuer: Vinavico Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: CTA
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Number of shares under temporary trading suspension: 8,454,381 shares
- Total value under temporary trading suspension (by par): VND 84,543,810,000
- Trading restriction: CTA can only be traded on Friday weekly.
- Effective date: 20/12/2019
- Reason: The Company has not remedied the cause for which stock has been delisted in accordance with the provisions of Point m, Clause 1, Article 60 of Decree 58/2012/NĐ-CP dated 20/07/2012.
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when CTA stock is allowed to be traded again after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading suspension.
