On December 18, 2019, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation (CAV) approved to sign the agreement and transaction between CADIVI and related parties in 2020 (the value of each agreement will be less than 35% of total assets of CADIVI in the latest financial statements, including subsidiary, associated company, member of BOD, Chief Executive Officer and other insiders, major shareholders of CADIVI, institutions and individuals related to CADIVI insiders, business. Accordingly, the trading parties include:

1. Vietnam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation (GELEX);
2. GELEX Electric;
3. Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company (Thibidi);
4. GELEX Land;
5. Cadivi Dong Nai Com. Ltd;
6. Gelex Construction Investment Joint Stock Company;
7. Vietnam Copper Wire Joint Stock Company;
8. South Logistics Joint Stock Company;
9. Phu Thanh My Joint Stock Company.
