According to the Board resolution dated November 28, 2019, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the investment in a project as follows:
- Project: Cat Hiep Industrial Cluster infrastructure construction investment and trading project
- Location: Cat Hiep commune, Phu Cat district, Binh Dinh province
- Investment scale: about 50 hectares with traffic light system and technical infrastructure works.
- Total estimated investment:
- Operating time: 50 years from the issue date of the investment certificate
- Time of implementation: 2020 – 2021.
