The Board resolution dated November 28, 2019, Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang Joint Stock Company approved the following issues

1. Approving to implement the first phase of high- speed ferry project to replace the high- speed ship:

-       Investment capital: VND 72,000,000,000, equivalent to USD 3,100,000

-       Scale: 01 high-speed ferry carrying 333 passengers, goods and vehicles, speed 30-32 knots/hour.

-       Project implementation schedule:

+ Phase 1: from December 2019 to February 2020;

+ Phase 2: from February 2020 to November 2020;

+ Phase 3: Q4.2020.

2. Approving the selection of Kaibuok Shipyard (M) SDN.BHD to implement this project.
