On December 09, 2019, the Board of Directors of Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company approved to adjust the number of phases of bond issuance and bond code in 2019 as follows:

The bonds will be issued in a maximum of 04 phases:

-       Phase 1: October 01, 2019 (issued)

-       Phase 2: November 08, 2019 (issued)

-       Phase 3: Quarter 4/2019 

-       Phase 4: Quarter 1/2020

The bond code will be VSH_BOND_2019_1,2,3,4 (each phase respectively)

Other contents are unchanged as the resolution of the Board of Directors dated September 11, 2019.
