The Board resolution dated December 16, 2019, the Board of Directors of Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company approved to agree the transfer of land use right to Becamex IDC Corp with the following contents:

-       Location: lot K8, IJC Urban, Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province.

-       Total area: 25,543 m²

-       Contract value: 25,543 m²  * 21,000,000 dongs/m² = 515,403,000,000 (including VAT, excluding registration tax).
