+ Approving to raise the ownership ratio of foreign investors at Bidiphar to 100%.

+ Approving to adjust its business lines.

+ Approving to amend and supplement its charter.

+ Approving to merge the three subsidiaries (100% capital of Bidiphar) into branch under Bidiphar.
