The Board of Directors of Viet Dragon Securities Corporation approved to pay for the 2019 dividend in cash:

- Record date: December 24, 2019

- Payment date: January 06, 2020

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 3%/ par value (VND300/ share)

- Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share – 01 vote)
