On December 07, 2019, Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2019 as follows: 

1. Approving the amendment of the company’s charter

2. Approving the additional election of 2 members of BOD for the period 2017 – 2022, including:
