On November 06, 2019, the Board of Directors of Tan Cang Logistics and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company approved a plan for restructuring Dong Nai Newport Logistics Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the charter capital of Dong Nai Newport Logistics Joint Stock Company will be increased from VND20 billion to VND45 billion. Of which, Tan Cang Logistics and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company will contribute VND17.44 billion, raising the ownership ratio from 20% to 51%.
The increased capital will be used to purchase 18 tractor heads and hooks with the estimated investment of VND20.79 billion.
