The Board resolution dated November 06, 2019, Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company approved to adjust the second plan for selling treasury shares as follows:

- Number of registered shares to sell: from 100,000 shares to 3,161,640 shares

- Purpose of selling: to supplement working capital

- Expected trading period: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)

- Trading method: order matching or put through

- Selling price: min VND 10,000/share

- Agent for transaction implementation: ACB Securities Company Ltd. (ACBS).
