The Board resolution dated November 05, 2019, Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company approved to raise its ownership ratio in Viet Hung Garment Emboridery – Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Short name: Viet Hung Rael Estate., JSC) from 65% to 99% charter capital. Details are as follows:

-       Current volume: 1,300,000 shares, equivalent to 65% charter capital of Viet Hung Rael Estate., JSC

-       Expected additional volume: 680,000 shares

-       Expected total shares after holding in Viet Hung Rael Estate., JSC: 1,980,000 shares, equivalent to 99% charter capital of Viet Hung Rael Estate., JSC.

-       Expected trading price: less than VND 31,500/share

-       Time of implementation: before November 30, 2019.
