The Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company approved the plan for share buyback as follows:

- Buying volume: 1,084,821 shares; Of which:

+ Share buyback from ESOP 2016: 165,300 shares;

+ Share buyback from ESOP 2017: 919,521 shares.

- Buyback purpose: to repurchase shares from the employees resigned.

- Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
