HPX: BOD resolution on planning for private placement of bonds

The Board resolution dated November 01, 2019, Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to plan for private placement of bonds in Q4.2019.

Article 2: The BOD agreed to allow Chau Son Real Estate Com Ltd to sign a guarantee contract with the Company and the secured party. Accordingly, Chau Son Real Estate Com Ltd can use any assets under its legal ownership to ensure the entire obligations of the company with respect to bonds issued under the bond issuance plan approved by HPX’s Board of Directors.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect from the signing date.
