1. Dividend payment by share
       + Exercise rate: 100:15 of par value (shareholders receive VND 15 new shares for every 100 shares they own. The number of shares a shareholder receives is rounded down to units digit. Odd shares will be cancelled).
       + Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Construction Joint Stock Company No. 3 on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

- Time for transfer of purchase rights: from 18/11/2019 to 05/12/2019
- Time for registration and payment: from 18/11/2019 to 20/12/2019
- Purchase rights can be transfered once only.
- Exercise Place:
