1. Approving the plan to issue shares for dividend payment:

-       Stock name: SSI Securities Corporation

-       Stock code: SSI

-       Stock type: common share

-       Par value: VND 10,000/share

-       Charter capital: VND 5,100,636,840,000

-       Total shares issued until 10/25/2019:510,063,684 shares

-       Expected ESOP issue volume in 2019: 10,000,000 shares

-       Total shares issued before issuing shares for dividend payment: 520,063,684 shares

-       Number of treasury shares until 10/02/2019: 2,008,954 shares

-       Number of outstanding shares before issuing shares for dividend payment: 518,054,730 shares

-       Issue ratio: 16% (Shareholder owns 100 shares will receive 16 new shares).

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 82,888,756 shares

-       Total value (based on par value): VND 828,887,560,000

-       Expected charter capital after issuing: VND 6,009,434,860,000

-       The rights should be transferred only once.

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares bought by each existing shareholder will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.
