On November 22, 2019, the Board of Directors of Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company approved the policy on establishing a subsidiary and investing in new Steel Pipe Factory:

- Estimated project: Nam Kim Chu Lai Steel Pipe Factory

- Location: Hau Can Industrial Zone, Tam Hiep Port

- Estimated capacity: 150,000 tons/year

- Total estimated investment: VND150 billion

- Subsidiary model: a one-member liability limited company (100% owned by NKG)

- Charter capital of the subsidiary: VND68 billion.
