The Board resolution dated November 22, 2019, Yen Bai Industry Mineral Joint Stock Company approved to change the time for 2018 cash dividend payment as follows:

- Payment date: July 31, 2020 (instead of November 29, 2019)

- Reason for change: The company is focusing on money sources to pay debts, invest in factories. Therefore, the company needs more time to arrange sources of dividend payments.
