The Board of Directors of Long Hau Corporation allowed to Long Hau Corporation to borrow a loan at BIDV – Ho Chi Minh Branch for Long Hau 3 Industrial Zone Project (Phase 1) with the following conditions:

-       Total loan amount: VND515 billion (no more than 38.56% of the total real investment of the project, VAT included)

-       Loan term: 60 months from the first disbursement date

-       Capital withdrawal term: 36 months from the first disbursement date

-       Grace period: 12 months from the first disbursement date

-       Fee and interest rate:

• The preferred interest rate for the first year: 9.3%/year
• Interest rate for next periods: the saving interest rate, term of 24 months, plus 2.8%/year and adjusted every 6 months based on the interest rate of BIDV– Ho Chi Minh Branch at the time of adjustment.

-       Collateral: All assets formed in the future from equity, loans and other capital (if any).
