Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation (SEAREFICO) announces the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders dated November 18, 2019, which was convened in the form of balloting shareholders in writing, as follows:

1. Approving to suspend the adjustment of the foreign ownership ratio to 100%.
2. Approving to re-update the business lines which were removed when the Company fulfilled procedures to adjust the foreign ownership ratio to 100%.
