On November 18, 2019, Van Phat Hung Corporation signed the transfer of shares contract with Nha Be Corporation. Accordingly, Van Phat Hung Corporation will receive the transfer of 1,470,000 shares, equivalent to 49% charter capital in Nha Be Real Estate Joint Stock Company. After the transfer, Van Phat Hung Corporation will own 2,340,000 shares, equivalent to 78% charter capital in Nha Be Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
