On November 18, 2019, Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company issued a resolution to approve to sign the credit limit with the following banks:

1. The Board of Directors approved to sign the credit limit at Vietcombank – Ho Chi Minh Branch with total amount of VND 800,000,000,000 for the loan time of 12 months.
2. The Board of Directors approved to sign the credit limit at Vietinbank – Ho Chi Minh Branch with total amount of VND 400,000,000,000 for the loan time of 12 months.
3. The Board of Directors approved to sign the credit limit at Shinhan Bank with total amount of VND 4,500,000 USD, equivalent to VND 106,000,000,000 for the loan time of 12 months.
