Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 (short name: PECC2, code: TV2) announces the merger of two associate companies (of which PECC2 owns 25% each company) as follows:

- Tan Thuan Wind Power Joint Stock Company has been merged with Ca Mau Recycle Energy Investment Joint Stock Company. Of which, the capital contribution ratio of PECC2 will be 25% of the charter capital after the merger.
