NDF: Stock under trading restriction (NDF)

As of 14/11/2019, pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.634/QD-SGDHN dated  24/9/2019, HNX announces on stock under trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer:  Nam Dinh Export Foodstuff And Agricultural Products Processing JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: NDF
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Number of shares under temporary trading restriction: 7,853,800 shares
- Total value under temporary trading restriction (by par): VND 78,538,000,000
- Trading restriction: NDF can only be traded on Friday weekly
- Effective date: 18/11/2019
- Reason: The Company has not remedied the cause for which stock has been delisted in accordance with the provisions of Point m, Clause 1, Article 60 of Decree 58/2012/NĐ-CP dated 20/07/2012. 
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when NDF is allowed to be traded normally again after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading restriction.
