On October 30, 2019, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp announces the plan for the 9^th bond private placement of 2019 with the total issue value of VND1,300 billion (non-convertible secured corporate bond, no warrants). However, after the negotiation with investors, the BoD Chairman cum CEO of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved the adjustment as follows:

-       Total issue volume: 1,100 bonds

-       Par value: VND100,000,000/bond

-       Total issue value: VND110,000,000,000.
