Thanh Thanh Cong Education Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of bondholders regarding the delisting of TCE11723 Bond as follows:

- The bondholders allowed the issuer to fulfill procedures to delist TCE11723 Bond on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange and cancel the registration of TCE11723 Bond at Vietnam Securities Depository.

- The issuer will repurchase all of the outstanding bonds after the delisting.
