1. Issuing the internal regulations on corporate governance.
2. Approving the amendment of the Company’s Charter.
3. Ending the term of 2017 – 2022 of the Board of Directors in order to vote a new Board of Directors.
4. Approving the resignation of members of current Board of Directors, effective from November 12, 2019.
5. Approving the report of the Board of Supervisors.
6. Electing the Board of Directors for the term of 2019 – 2024 including the following people:

-       Mr. Hoang Anh Dung;

-       Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang;

-       Mr. Ho Viet Ha;

-       Mr. Ikhwan Primanda;
