On November 11, 2019, the Board of Directors of Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company (DPG) approved the plan for issuing bonds in 2019 as follows:

- Issuer: Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company

- Bond type: non-convertible and secured bond

- Issue method: private placement

- Total estimated issue value: VND300 billion

- Bond term: a maximum of 24 months

- Estimated interest rate: a maximum of 11.5%/year

- Interest payment period: once per six months

- Issue agent: SSI Securities Corporation – Ha Thanh Branch
