The Board resolution dated November 11, 2019, Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. The Board of Directors approved to raise its charter capital from VND 40,721,780,000 to VND 423,023,700,000 in the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2018 and stock issuance under ESOP.
2. The Board of Directors approved to amend and supplement the company’s charter with new charter capital.
