a. Differences in the consolidated financial statements are due to the following main reasons:
- Net sales increased by 92.4% due to the company expanded its business activities in 2019 more than 2018.
- Profit after tax decreased by 50.2% due to the investment in the construction of an industrial plywood factory - Bac Dong Hoi Quang Binh made the financial expenses of the company soared, leading to a drop in profit after tax for the third quarter of 2019 compared to the third quarter of 2018.
b. Differences in the separate financial statements are due to the following main reasons:
- Profit after tax decreased by 82.1% due to the financial expenses increased.
