- Content of the ballot:+ Based on Resolution No. 231/2019/QD-BHHC-HDQT dated 04/10/2019 on proposal for approval for a ballot on allocation of interest from delayed payment of Development and Construction Joint Stock Company No18;
Board of Directors of Bac Ha Hydropower JSC approves for a ballot on plan on allocation of interest from delayed payment of Development and Construction Joint Stock Company No18 valued at 22,727,272,727 VND;
- Content of the ballot: · Allocation of interest from delayed payment during construction time as reasonable expense for 3 years from 2019 to 2021;
· Time for allocation: Assign Management Board to adjust expenses to put into Business and Operation Plan;
· All interest from delayed payment during construction of Bac Ha Hydropower Project is put into termination of Contract No. 45/2007/TDBH-HDXL dated 07/12/2007.
