On the basis of the business registration certificate dated 07 Oct 2019 issued by Long An Department of Planning and Investment, the Company announced the change in its business registration certificate changed the 14^th time on 07 Oct 2019 as follows:
1. Reason for change: The merger of Hoang Long Technology & Trade One Member Company Limited into Hoang Long Group.
