PPI: PPI is put under trading restriction

Pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of unlisted securities trading market at HNX attaching with the Decision no.634/QD-SGDHN dated 24 September 2019 of CEO of HNX (Regulation on trading registration), on 04 October 2019, HNX announced trading restriction of PPI as below:
- Stock name: Pacific Infrastructure Project Development & Investment Corporation
- Stock type: Common stock
- Stock code: PPI
- Par value: 10,000 VND/share
- Number of shares under trading restriction: 48,290,629 shares
- Value of shares under trading restriction (on par value): VND 482,906,290,000 
- Type of trading restriction: Allowed to trade only on every Fridays
- Date of trading restriction: 7 October 2019
- Reason for trading restriction: The company failed to remedy the cause for being put under trading suspension at the Announcement no.1171/TB-SGDHN, under the case of trading restriction pursuant to point a clause 1 Article 32 of Regulation on trading registration.
HNX will notify when the stock is allowed to resume trading after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading restriction pursuant to the Regulation on trading registration.
