-       Bond type: non-convertible, secured bond, no warrants

-       Par value: VND100,000/bond

-       Issue volume: 1,300 bonds

-       Total issue value: VND130 billion

-       Currency unit: VND

-       Bond term: 01 year from the issue date

-       Interest rate: 13%/year

-       Selling price: 100% par value. 

-       Interest payment period: once every three months

-       Issue time: in November or December 2019.
