On October 28, 2019, the Board of Directors of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development JSC approved the fact that Long Giang Group, a company related to Mr. Le Ha Giang – Board Chairman of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development JSC, will guarantee the payment obligation of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development JSC at bank loans/L/C for business activities.

The collateral for the loan is 10,000,000 shares of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development JSC (stock code: LGL) owned by Long Giang Group.
