• For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 2,019 shares. With 100:15 performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 2,019*15/100 = 302.85 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 302 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.85 will be cancelled.
