On October 25, 2019, Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (OGC) received First Instance Judgment No.31/2019/KDTM-ST regarding the dispute of the office lease agreement between the plaintiff Ocean Commercial One Member Limited Liability Bank (Oceanbank) and the defendant OGC.
Accordingly, OGC must pay Oceanbank an amount of VND44,003,583,710 for office lease. Besides, OGC will have to pay VND152,003,000 for court fees.
