The Board resolution dated October 28, 2019, Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank approved the following issues:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the plan to repurchase its treasury shares.

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved the transaction plan to repurchase its treasury shares:

- Stock name: Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank

- Stock code: HDB

- Number of registered shares to buy: 49,049,988 shares

- Trading period: within 30 days after being approved the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)

- Trading method: order matching or put through.
