 The payment for the first phase of 2019 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           30%/ par value (VND3,000/ share)

Payment date:                          December 10, 2019

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company as from December 10, 2019.
