The Board resolution dated October 24, 2019, Vietnam National Seed Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. The Board of Directors approved the business result in first nine months of 2019.
2. The Board of Directors approved to move the time for the second cash dividend payment:

-       Record date: December 2019

-       Payment time: January 2020

-       Exercise ratio: 15% (1,500 dongs/share).

3. The Board of Directors approved to set up subsidiary for project at Dong Thap.
4. The Board of Directors approved to adjust the business plan in 2019:

-       Revenue: from 1,600,000 million dongs to 1,630,000 million dongs

-       Profit after tax: from 240,000 million dongs to 244,000 million dongs.
