     * 2019 dividend payment  in cash :
          - Exercise rate: 10%/share (Shareholders are entitled to receive VND 1,000 for every share they own).
          - Exercise date: 14/11/2019
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Saigon Export Foodstuffs and Agricultural Products Joint Stock Company (Address: No. 58, Vo Van Tan, Ward 6, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City) on working days from 14/11/2019. Securities certificate, Identification Card (original copy) and introduction letter ( in case of institutional shareholder) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
