- Number of registered shares to buy: 500,000 shares
- Trading period: within 30 days after being approved the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)
- Price determination principle:
+ The highest bid price = reference price + (reference price * 50% fluctuation limit)
+ Lowest selling price = reference price – (reference price * 50% fluctuation limit).
