VTG: HNX Notice: Change of reason for trading restriction on UPCoM to VTG

As of 22/10/2019, pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.634/QD-SGDHN dated  24/9/2019, HNX announced the change of reason for trading restriction to V11 stock as follows:
- Issuer: Ba Ria - Vung Tau Tourist Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: VTG
- Previous reason for trading restriction:
+ Organization the registration of transactions that are delayed in publishing information more than 45 days for semi-annual financial statements 2018, 2019
+ Organization the transaction registration without disclosing information about the annual general meeting of shareholders in 2018, 2019 within 6 months from the end of the fiscal year.
+ The auditor declines to give an audit opinion on the financial statements for 2018
- Changed reason for trading restriction : Organization the transaction registration without disclosing information about the annual general meeting of shareholders in 2018, 2019 within 6 months from the end of the fiscal year. The auditor declines to give an audit opinion on the financial statements for 2018. According to Point a, b, Item 1, Article 32  of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction.
 
HNX shall inform normal trading resuming of VTG after the Company has remedied the causes leading to trading restriction status according to Regulation on trading registration.
