The Board resolution dated October 21, 2019, Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company (DXG) approved to contribute capital in the form of buying shares in the stock issuance to increase capital of Ha An Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

-       Buying volume: 49,999,774 shares

-       Buying price: VND 10,000/share

-       Total value: VND 499,997,740,000

-       Stock type: common share

-       After the capital increase completes, Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company will own 99.99% charter capital of Ha An Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company.

-       To appoint Mr. Le Van Hung as the representative of stake of DXG in Ha An Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company.
